At moovinQ, we are conscious that some customers may still have some reserves when talking about online shopping.

To clarify some of these doubts. We will be answering some of the more frequently asked questions about our service.

  • How do I order from moovinQ?
  1. Thinking about your comfort, MoovinQ has a very convenient option for you! With our “Buy Now” button, you save time on every purchase. Simply click the button, and you’ll get automatically redirected to the check out page! Make all your purchases fast and clean with no complicated forms! And if you still prefer e-shopping the old way, no problem! Our shopping cart is always available
  2. After you have finished adding all the products you are interested in into your Cart, click on CART (Top right side of our page). So, you can choose one of our delivery options.
  3. Now you click on CHECKOUT.
  4. If it is your first time buying from moovinQ, please carefully fill in the required information for delivering your purchase.
  5. Now, finish your order by selecting the payment method of your preference.

  • How is it that an item in my cart is not available at the Checkout?

Our website´s selection is displayed live on the moovinQ page. Thus, it reflects what we have in stock at any given moment.

The action of adding a product to your cart does not guarantee in any way, shape or form, your right to purchasing it.

This may be because another customer bought it before your checkout process was completed (it does not matter that it was already in your cart).

  • A product that I had on my cart yesterday is not on sale today. Why is this?

Adding a product to your cart doesn´t secure said item´s current sale price. Our advice is that the sooner you place your order, the better.

Also, remember that once we run out of stock of a product, we cannot assure you when it will be available again. So please, keep checking our website for availability.

  • How could I keep track of my order?

Every time you place an order, remember to check your email, and see if you got a dispatch note. This will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can keep tabs on the status of your package by logging into your account and checking the -Orders- section.
